Coaching is a useful way of developing people’s skills and abilities, and of boosting performance. It can also help deal with issues and challenges before they become major problems. A coaching session will typically take place as a conversation between the coach and the coachee (person being coached), and it focuses on helping the coachee discover answers for themselves.

About the Inception Training
This quote represents the belief of the project organizers that sometimes instead of changing the environment it is necessary to change the way to see it. It means to go to roots or "inception" of self, acknowledging inner strength, resources and put them into action. Context/background of the project "Inception" is high number of youth unemployment rate (21%) in EU. Among this number are more than 7 million people in the 15-24 age group are neither in employment nor in education or training (NEETs). In latest events in EU this number increases by refugee youngsters. NEETs are "invisible" part of society. They are unused potential of society that could be good workforce and active citizens in society. The main objective of our project "Inception" is to build capacity of persons working with NEET youngsters thus fostering their inclusion in society. As result including these youngster in labor market, education or training, we increase well being for whole society.
