Erasmus+ offers opportunities to organise projects for the mobility of young people and youth workers.
Youth Exchanges allow groups of young people from different countries to meet and live together for up to 21 days to carry out a series of activities focusing on a theme that is relevant for them. These activities are planned and prepared by the participants involved in the project. Information on how young people can take part is available on the Youth Exchanges page.
Organisations can also prepare projects under the European Voluntary Service, whereby young people contribute through unpaid, full-time work abroad.
For youth workers, organisations can take part in opportunities to support the professional development and network of youth workers, including activities such as:
– training courses,
– networking events,
– study visits, and
– job shadowing/observation periods abroad.
